Yea.

That paragraph was written well before "dlopen()" was common.  I think
Scott and I agree that "gcc -lgpled-library" would be a violation of
the GPL, but "dlopen(gpled-library)" is not -- especially if one can
show that the interfaces are "public" and general, and really it's the
gpled-library making calls into the main program.
