AMT has been around for a while, but what is relatively new is that there
are real scalable implementations out there, and it's no longer just a
science project.  Late last year, there was a big gaming event that used
AMT to deliver Internet mcast:

Getting a few AMT relays out on the Internet, having some more
interesting content and perhaps some AMT GW implementations for
Android/iPhone would help.  Maybe a World Multicast Day?

hi Leonard , all

very interesting links and information, i wasnt aware of  AMT , seems like you guys from juniper put a lot of effords into it.
So is Juniper hardware AMT enabled or is there any SOHO routers out there with an implementation ?

After some searching,  i found this     http://cs.utdallas.edu/amt/    implementation
is  this the only available AMT implementation yet ? any opensource afternatives
I think of something for DD-WRT or OpenWRT maybe ?

regards

Marc
