Keep in mind it only takes one ISP. There actually are a number of large
ISPs that have Internet mcast deployed and peer with one another. The
problem is there are ~10-20x more ISPs who don't. But with AMT, it
empowers those who have enabled mcast and tunnels over those who haven't.
