Ok...problem (initially) was incomplete xalan/xerces jars. I downloaded when I should've just picked from what was already in source tree.

Revision 292 seems latest of java-xmltooling which actually builds. All tests pass, etc.

However revision 42 of java-openws fails soap test although code does compile. Earlier versions don't compile and later versions either don't compile or fail tests as well.

Jeff did your openws tests pass or was this compile only? Single failure is below.

I guess I'll pick this up on monday. :-)
