Using these revisions gets me past builds....however tests are failing.

I had to explicitly add junit to ant runtime....along with adding ant
"if" task jar as well.

I updated <jre>/lib/endorsed with latest xerces and xylan and am NOT
setting this property explicitly as I shouldn't have to due to my choice
of jdk dir.

Question#1. What is meant by "latest" for xerces/xylan....can I get a
particular version? Like >2.x or something?

Question#2. I am getting cipher/provider errors when running tests. I
take it bc or later jdk with AESWrap is needed?

Is bc required at all if your jdk > 1.4 and has AESWrap/etc?
Eclipse-provided IBM jdk doesn't seem to have AESWrap.

thanks,

mike
