Hi Ben,
The Error codes are input status of the Video for VLC.
I'm using VLC web plugin SDK and java-script.
Here is a URI of the VLC manual.
http://www.videolan.org/doc/play-howto/en/ch04.html#id310608
vlc.input.state : current state of the input chain given as enumeration (IDLE/CLOSE=0, OPENING=1, BUFFERING=2, PLAYING=3, PAUSED=4, STOPPING=5, ERROR=6)
So, your status change was correct.
Thank you for your report.
Regards,
Katsuhiro Horiba

Hi Katsuhiro,
These work for me, both from the top page and from the direct links. However, occasionally when I access either link I receive the message "VLC player has returned an error (Code: 2)", "VLC player has returned an error (Code: 0)", or "VLC player has returned an error (Code: 3)". When I receive these messages, the video still plays successfully. I have VLC v1.0, and I tried it in Safari v4.0.1 and Firefox v3.0.11.
Thanks,
Ben

Ben and Dave,
Thank you for sharing VLC 1.0 manaer to join.
I'm using VLC 1.0 for Mac OS-X, and I also specify RTP in VLC.
Anyway, Embedded VLC player in the Web browser is useful to join easier,
If you have time, please install web plugin for VLC and try to access following.
I'm also gathering source address of listeners.
If possible, please access top page.

I am able to receive both of these streams in Indianapolis, Indiana, using IPv4. I needed to specify RTP in VLC.
Thanks,
Ben

Folks,
Total solar eclipse will come to IWOJIMA tommorow(22th July).
It will start around 10:00 (JST). (1st eclipse will start 10:01)
We will broadcast the video with IP Multicast.
For detail, please access http://www.sfc.wide.ad.jp/~qoo/eclipse09/
If anyone has time to try to join(MPEG2-TS HD1080i transmitted by DVTS),
please let me know (1) if you can receive video, and if yes (2) how is the quality.
Unfortunately, now we are sending test patern, it's not so attractive.
I'll anounse when the video comes from IWOJIMA.
If possible please attach your ip adderss(both of ipv4, ipv6) and the result of traceroute to 203.178.150.36/2001:200:0:6013::36.
If you can't play video eventhough traffic is coming,
please try to join directly from VLC.
233.9.196.41 port 1234 // the Sun
233.9.196.42 port 1234 // landscape

ff7e:140:2001:200:0:6013::42 port 1234 // landscape
We also prepare ssmpingd to check the connectivity, the address are 203.178.150.36/2001:200:0:6013::36.
If you can't receive any traffic, please check to use ssmping.
IPv4: ssmping -4 233.9.196.1 203.178.150.36
IPv6: ssmping -6 ff7e:140:2001:200:0:6013::1 2001:200:0:6013::36
