I think the eclipse encoders are now offline. That is why I was looking for other working HDVTS instances.

For example, my construction cam at 233.0.59.6:1234 uses udp <udp://@233.0.59.6:1234>.

HDVTS and the eclipse video use rtsp <rtsp://@ww.xx.yy.zz>.

I don't know of any currently-operating globally-scoped HD multicast using HDVTS. Are there any out there?
