Am I the only one that blocks administratively scoped multicast group
addresses at my autonomous system border?

These group addresses are in a portion of the the unassigned
administratively scoped portion for organization local scope, and as
such, I don't allow them past the AS boundary. I'm honestly asking
because my best practice has always been to block administratively
scoped groups at my administrative boundary?

If this is indeed not the general practice, I will need to re-think my
multicast deployment plan!
