The only packages published (recently, last time I checked there were no
Shibboleth or xml-security packages) are the ones in home:asvetter. See

Probably. That project isn't a home project so it's probably mapped to
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:/shibboleth or something
similar.

Yes, that's the distribution.
