During the IdP installation process, opensaml.jar is copied to
${idp.home}/lib, so evidently there's some tool that depends on
OpenSAML hiding in there, but not all the OpenSAML dependencies are
copied along with opensaml.jar. In particular, servlet.jar is not
copied to ${idp.home}/lib, so the question is: Can servlet.jar be
routinely copied along with opensaml.jar to ${idp.home}/lib?

The teaser is this. Tim Freeman at Argonne has written a general
purpose AA tester that we want to bundle with GridShib. The tester
requires OpenSAML and as luck would have it, it relies on one of the
few OpenSAML classes that needs the servlet.jar. So can the install
process copy the latter into ${idp.home}/lib?

Thanks,
Tom
