The instructions say to cat the crt file into the certificate area.
This results in "-----BEGIN ... END" lines in the metadata.
It's a cosmetic thing, as these are OK there, but it desn't
'look' like the examples or the files we get from InCommon or
InQueue.  You might consider dropping any BEGIN-END lines
so that everybody's metadata entries look the same.
