On an even more cosmetic level, it seems unusual to lay out the 
radio buttons in an outermost-left-right manner, unless doing so 
is meant to imply something for the left-right columns running 
down the page (which it isn't). And the cell alignments running 
down the page seem quirky too. But, on whole, and considering the 
audience, neither of these issues should prevent it from being 
usable.
