Shib has a lot of "external dependencies" on such details as web
server, servlet container, etc. that continue to evolve after release,
so it certainly makes sense to (at least) have a wiki section where
deployers can contribute their tips/tricks/gotchas for the platforms
they're deploying on. Seems to me that wikifying the docs would be
one way (but not the only way) to accomplish that (the PHP
documentation would be an example).
