Hi Scott;

Hum, What kind of filesystem is on that USB drive? The one I use with my WinXP system has a vfat fs. So can get write access if you specify a different fstype?

I followed your steps given to Clarke, and while it *appears* to have
mounted the drive (I was required to supply a fstype to the mount
command - and chose usbfs) - but I cannot write to the device. Again,
the USB drive is connected prior to powering on the system.
