I think the other issue is that people may be knowingly doing this
with the knowledge that this group is generally not blocked
by any ACLs - so if i've got the ability, i can stream my HiDef
movie across the internet to my friends. abuse of the group.
such actions arent uncommon historically on the internet with such
open policies.
