Good point - if we're going to have a metric I guess we should have definition
for it!  How about:

        "All SIP call requests received by the schools SIP.edu proxy
         - eg. upenn.edu ."

If you don't have a flat email name space the I supposed you might also have
counts for cs.upenn.edu, hospital.upenn.edu, etc.  Or is there something 
better
we should measure?

Steve, do you have an automated way to get this information with SER?  With 
SIPxchange I'm just doing
"cat /home/sipxchange/commserver/log/sipproxy.log.1|grep -v Remote\ 
Host:18.7.21.118----|syslog-viewer|grep INVITE\ sip|wc -l"
 - crude but I think it counts the above.
