You probably don't want to hear this, but I dropped your metadata and that
SessionInitiator into my SP and it worked fine.

I got redirected here:

And I got this error from ADFS:

Details: The token request for realm with URI
"https://sp.example.org/shibboleth"; cannot be fulfilled because the URI does
not identify any known trusting resource partner realm.

So....I don't know what to say other than maybe try grabbing the latest
source. I didn't fix any bugs that I know of, but it's working for me...

The logging is not great right now, I need to add some more information to
it, but what I'm seeing is what I'd expect.
