In xmltooling, yes. In opensaml, no.

It isn't supposed to be and hasn't been any time recently.


In the previous beta of opensaml, at line 219, was the test for
HAVE_GOOD_STL. It's not there anymore and causes builds to fail
on my linux systems. There is still a test for the definition in
several sources.


xmltooling/base.h includes xmltooling/config_pub.h where the macro lives.
saml/base.h includes xmltooling/base.h.

The macro only needs to be established in the root project, the rest is
supposed to be inherited because the xmltooling headers have to have that
macro publically defined.

If the other branch is broken, I'll fix it (I think I just did), but there's
nothing to fix with the macro that I can see unless there's a file that's
suddenly not including the headers required.
