It hasn't changed...it's a configure test. Are you on a different compiler
now? I'll check, but don't think I changed anything that would impact that.

I need the error, the else sections don't get hit much, so there are
probably bugs in them. I don't have any active platforms that have broken
(for some definition) STLs.
