Everything BUT the Shibboleth package itself... (although I configured 
it successfully from the unpacked tarball inside the src.rpm)

That worked great. Or in my case (using the look-aside package):
$ rpmbuild --rebuild -D '_with_apache22 1' -D 'xercesver 261' 
shibboleth-1.3-11.src.rpm

First indications show that everything works great. But I still need to 
do the configuration.

I'll see whether I can put them on a public spot somewhere for now.
