perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hi, i could help for the translation in french. However, to be useful  
for us we'd need a translation in dutch (in belgium lacking a language  
can be sensible) and have the possibility to choose language from  
inside the applet. Is that realistic ?
