Those 3 services stopped responding to PerfsonarUI-v0.04 requests at different
moments some time ago (v0.04 was compatible and used to work with them
previously). I guess either the services are not running anymore or the
network access to them is restricted, or their version/namespace has changed
without being reported at:

http://www.perfsonar.net/jra1-wiki/index.php/RRD_type_MA_Service_Installations

Version v0.05 should be also compatible with those services.

I'm copying this message to the persons in charge of the services - please
have a look what's happening!
