I just uploaded the ndt-3.1.13.tar.gz tarball to the 
e2epi.internet2.edu/ndt/downloads page.  The web100clt should be compatible 
with the server running on miranda.ctd.anl.gov  It works from my FreeBSD 
and Linux 2.4.24 test systems.

Let us know what happens.
