I updated this so it is in all java source files in i2mi grouper packages
(ws, ui, etc), which covers everything except the psp which is in another
branch in svn...

I put the license in all the API files... we have been meaning to do that for
a while...

Thanks for your fast response.
The responsible demands that the license written in sources before
accept my conference... Perhaps it is the right time to do the sources
updating ?
I think if I can give a period of rapid updating, my conference could
be accepted.
