I guess we will set an announce like the I2 global summit one on this.

and as I said, we should need a statement (from I2, GEANT in this case, 
sent formally to interested travel suppliers (mainly airlines) to insert 
"full refund" as an option, as rescheduling does not work.

A number of organizations are already doing so ;-) the more, the better.
