Ok. I discussed with Henning about the place name and coordinates before.
Currently, sipc can add a new map by inputting a URL of a HTML page.
(e.g., http://www1.cs.columbia.edu/~xiaotaow/sipc/misc/csb-4.html)

In the location notification, there could be a <mapurl> tag indicating
the URL of the map for the location notification. By that way, there is no
need to install map in advance. The maps can be installed when needed.
