Dennis,

I just called the 21232 number, I can hear you. (sorry, I forgot to
connect the mic to my machine so I disconnected the call.)
I also tried
sip:,
it gave me 200 ok, but it send BYE to
me immediately. I then tried
sip:,
it gives me 500 error.

I think the problem is at the Cisco gateway for GSM codec handling.
For the new version, I set GSM as the default codec. For Pingtel phone, it
does not support GSM codec, so, it use g.711 in its 200 response, (sipc
provides choices, 3 (gsm) and 0 (g711)) and sipc talks to Pingtel phone
in g.711, it works.

For Cisco gateway (both 27669 and 37669 Cisco-gateway), both 27669 and
37669 tried to use GSM codec, however, both of them cannot handle the GSM
codec used by sipc.

I tried to change back to use g.711 as the default codec, both 27669 and
37669 works.
