I just tried to call 

 with two sipc (all on Windows)
and one PSTN phone. It works well, no echo. I suspect in last testing, the
echo is caused by the settings of microphone and speaker on Windows machines.

This has been fixed. Also a fix on DHCP default gateway and
nameserver handling for Windows. Joe, please try the new version and see
whether sipc can get the right IP address of your machine.
