Here is a summary of the problems I noticed (and still remember):

1) sipc on windows seems to be causing an echo on the edial conference 
bridge
2) pals server has stale contact info in both registrar and presence 
agent.  One thing to do is add a serctl command to remove individual 
contacts as a workaround.
3) sipc is using old IP addresses as contact in REGISTER messages.  This 
is exacerbating the problem with pals.
4) the presence portal is only showing the first contact's presence
