That may be a problem. Maybe I should just disable the link and let users
copy and paste the URL. The link would invoke a web browser. Which web
browser to use is based on the information in registry. Different web
browsers have different command line arguments. I have tested with IE on
Windows, but not the others.

For the demo, users should download

http://www.cs.columbia.edu/~xiaotaow/tmp5555/instmap.exe (for windows)
and
http://www.cs.columbia.edu/~xiaotaow/tmp5555/instmap (for linux)

to install the maps.
