I thought about trying to build something for Indianapolis to connect
the Cisco phones to the hotel PA system - but I just didn't have time.
I did find this:

But it was $225.

If you're just going to use a PC you might check with their A/V people
- at Indianapolis I just asked and they gave me a box similar to the
one you found.  Seemed to work OK with my laptop - and with the Snom
phone (they have computer style headset jacks).
