For those who've attended Internet2 Hands-On Multicast Workshops in the last 
couple of years, you might want to review the Best Common Practices slides that 
are at http://multicast.internet2.edu/workshops/connecticut/.  They've been 
improved on quite a bit recently to include a bunch of information culled from 
Matt Davy's presentation at a Joint Techs and other sources.  I've been an 
instructor at these workshops for a handful of them and just "noticed" myself 
how much better the BCP and troubleshooting sections have become since I first 
did a workshop in 2003.
