I'm not looking for SDR.  I'm talking about an app similar to NTP where there
is a well-known group being sent to but a unknown group of senders.
Furthermore, the data streams come and go over time and it doesn't matter
because the data only has value for a few minutes or hours.

I guess the trick sounds like distributing the functionality of ASM into
the app for source discovery --- and I read that whole damn book too:-)
