I think that the earliest the large SDR announcement could have 
originated is April 25 at around 1200Z, and my logs from buf-m20 seem 
to show the problem happening several months earlier. It might be 
interesting to see if any or all of the Ciscos involved are running 
SDP listen; I'm not, on any of my routers (Cisco or Juniper).
