Ken,
I do not know of any switches that support IGMPv3 snooping. There
is, however, work going on in the IETF to help get switch vendors on
the same page when it comes to IGMPv3 and snooping. Take a look at
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-idmr-snoop-01.txt.
