SIP in higher education

I didn't get any bites on people giving implementation reports - everybody
taking the summer off :-) .  But I thought we'd have the call today even 
though
I have no major agenda items.  I can give an update on some testing I've been
doing with low bit rate CODECs and Cisco gateways.  And Ben and/or I can
provide an brief update on the Internet2 Real Time Communications discussions
regarding SIP.edu.  If there's nothing else it will be a short call!
