Well, if InCommon would like to kick in good chunk of change I'm sure we could find another developer to help make IdPv3 happen faster. :)

For the record, the problem isn't upgrading, the problem is timing.
AFAICT, IdP version 3 is way, way far down the road, which puts the
OTP feature almost out of sight, out of mind. Of course my need is
immediate ;-)
