A clean FF on Windows works, so I need to go back and do some additional 
testing and figure out if my frame tests work or not. Can you see any way in 
which your demo could work if that cookie restriction was in place? If it 
uses a frame to issue the front-channel request to the SP, then the cookies 
have to be exchanged, right?

I'm trying to divorce us from all the complex details of these demos and get 
down to the core issues.
