Right, and perhaps run the UI at admin.testshib.org just to emphasize 
separation.

Seems reasonable to me, to at least undo a little of the 
WAYF-centric-thinking.  And for testing SPs (for those not skilled enough 
to incorporate the proposed script) document pointing the SP at the dummy 
IdP.
