well, if we're thinking about a v1.3d, I'm wondering if that's a 
sensible time to make TestShib available... and if we did, are there 
some tweaks we'd like to make to the documentation and packaging? A 
simple step might be including config files that are "just about 
ready" for use with the TestShib sample pages.....
