It would complicate the SP release, and it's bad enough as it is. If you
want to come up with a set of files, that's fine, just do it separately and
have users install them.

I think you should make the test site available as soon as there's a
workable IdP and SP to test against with it. Don't wait. Nobody will know
about it until we document it anyway.

I don't suggest that we waste any more time...get it up on the Penn State
box they offered, because we need to install all the log viewing scripts and
get it all working first.
