Shibboleth Developers

We've been discussing use cases, models, requirements, and goals for 
an ARP Mgmt tool for six months. I think we're now in the final 
stages of the design discussions, and are about to move forward with 
an implementation.

The expectation is that this tool would be used by a small number of 
people on each campus -- people trusted and authorized to create ARPs 
for the entire community or for large identifiable segments of the 
community (eg everyone associated with the Med School). We are not 
expecting that this  tool would be made widely available (eg to 
every department, or every TA, or every user).

As implied by FINAL CALL, this is definitely the  time to speak 
up..... six weeks from now, our questions will get short shrift.....
