I'm seeing what I think might be a problem with resolvertest (or,  
possibly more likely, a problem with how I am using it)

When I use my origin site to hit my target (which is just an  
environment dump script) the TargetedID value is different than the  
value that I get when I run resolvertest.

I am invoking resolvertest like this:
./resolvertest  
- --file=file:///usr/local/tomcat/webapps/shibboleth/WEB-INF/classes/ 
conf/resolver.xml --requester=rygar.et-test.psu.edu --user=mxe20

The requester is the same value I have in the arp to release the  
targetedID to, and the resolver.xml file is the same one I am using  
with the origin site.

I have also heard from some of our guys that resolvertest has returned  
different values for the same user with the same parameters at  
different times. I have not seen this but I thought I should also pass  
that on.
