I finished with all the cvs changes last night; all the licenses and 
acknowledgements that I could find are in place now. All the
docs are in a doc/ folder in each of the different distributions.

I have the InQueue changes in the posted distributions' config files, so I 
guess we're ready, unless we keep arguing over the URIs.

One last time for clarity (I can post this to mace-shib-* if you want, once 
we announce):

For 1.0 InQueue (the only fed we have up):
