Hmm, I was hoping, on my target, I could just update the config in the
install I did last Saturday.  In particular in shibboleth.ini I set:

  InCommonPilot=urn:mace:inqueue

(which itself raises the question of what "InCommonPilot" means ...), but
now when I use the UW origin, which has in origin.properties:

  edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.audiences = urn:mace:inqueue

I get, at the target,

  Exception: Fatal Profile Error: SAMLPOSTProfile::getSSOAssertion()
  unable to start session due to policy mismatch (target policies:
  urn:mace:inqueue)

In fact I get this on the wayf.internet2.edu/InQueue/sample.jsp target
too.  What am I doing wrong?
