Can you send a quick process list of both teh BWCTL and powstream processes on your regualr testing host where this is set? I’m mostly curious what directions it’s trying to run (i.e. what is -s and -c for BWCTL and is -t set for powstream).Unfortunately I only have a maddash VM, I have not created perfsonar VMs to replicate this problem.
