We'll add a FAQ on this and we have a page on using the graphs at docs.perfsonar.net that needs to be fleshed out some more with info like this.We are compiling a list of things we missed/aren't highlighted well enough and will be gradually updating things over the next couple days.

This  is  expected  behavior  in  v3.4.    If  there  are  more  than  a  certain number of tests (>10?) the  data  isn't  shown.    This  is  to  save  time loading  the  page (so  it  doesn't  have  to  query for all  that  data to  show  the  page).

The  uct2-net1 now shows  the  same  behavior  as  well  (because  of  the  number  of  tests).

I have now upgraded a few nodes from PS3.3 to 3.4 using yum update on an existing system

However on two of my nodes, the Troughput/Latency Graph seems to be missing data.
Specifically the three columns of "Throughput  Latency(ms)  Loss(%)"
Only the Source and Destination nodes are displayed.

If I click on a line where tests are running, a graph with the results is displayed.
Only the main page seems to have lost the three columns


The two nodes with issues are
