Current svn updates go there, so that is likely fine. But, creating a  
list specifically for this is what we do for most of our projects.  
(And we setup a list-serv so that anyone can subscribe/unsubscribe as  
they like.) svn updates for ps-ps development goes to

We don't actually use the google svn for our software repository for  
historical reasons. But, you can setup an email address in google code  
for svn checkins to do this. (I get wiki change notifications this way  
since the google code wiki is back-ended by svn.) You set it up in the  
admin interface... don't remember how exactly right now.
