Yes, that is what I thought about.

Everything seems to be all right.

By the way, have you changed registration URL to new LS in MA?
Now the link should be

http://host:8080/xml-ls/services/LookupService

instead of

http://host:8080/XML-LS/services/LookupService

So, summarizing:

- LS service is properly installed and configured

  Is it? I tried to check both addresses:
    http://uran.acad.bg:8080/XML-LS/services/LookupService
    http://uran.acad.bg:8080/xml-ls/services/LookupService
  and both failed, but perhaps you disabled the service?
  Tomcat is working because I got 404 error.
  Anyway, I am sure you tested at least echo to LS with perfSONAR UI.

- Exist DB is working
- LS store collections are created

  I've checked it and it seems to be fine


- What with RRD MA? Do you have metadata configuration file?
