Sorry for not giving you the correct links. It is:

For my convenience I decided to keep the old link of the LS service in 
/opt/perfsonar/tomcat/conf/server.xml

Yes, it is rrd-database_BREN.xml and placed in
/home/perfsonar/webapps/geant2_java-rrd-ma-x86_32-3.0rc5/WEB-INF/classes/perfsonar/conf
the RRD MA service was previously installed and tested completely with 
Perfsonar-UI but.
The address of this service is:
http://uran.acad.bg:8080/geant2_java-rrd-ma-x86_32-3.0rc5/services/MeasurementArchiveService
the user and pass were kept again the default ones.
